Here at Magellan Tutoring, we believe in parental rights. We believe that you have a right and a responsibility to have an active role in your child’s education. We understand that there are times when teaching your own child may not be the best fit, or not a possibility, but that this should not bar you from having an active role in the education of your child.
We define tutoring as the act of pinpointing specific areas of personal difficulty in a student’s education and finding ways to inspire them from a fixed to a growth mindset in that area, so that as they encounter this learning difficulty in the future, they have coping mechanisms in place to be successful.
